If you have to reschedule a class or training course, please give us 24 hours notice prior to the date of training.
No Refunds on Training Classes or Courses, but we do allow rescheduling within a 24 hour notice and within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to give a 24 hour notice will result in a rescheduling fee or revoking of training seat/spot. If a training class or course is canceled due to unforeseen weather or emergency circumstances, every opportunity to reschedule training to your convenience will be made.
